Commercial diving information-This site has many different links to information on where to go to dive school and how to prepare for a diving career.  Tons of useful information. 

Association of Diving Contractors-Based in Houston, TX here is their Statement straight from the horses mouth.  "The Association of Diving Contractors International, Inc. was founded in 1968 by a small group of diving companies. Their goal was to create a non-profit organization that would cultivate and promote the art and science of commercial diving, establish uniform safe standards for commercial divers, and encourage industry-wide observance of these standards." Statement of Reciprocity from the ADCI -This is a link to ADCI website stating that they will accept IMCA (The European based association) certifications, but IMCA has not done the same for ADCI certifications. So as it stands now IMCA certified personnel can work for ADCI companies but ADCI personnel can not work for IMCA companies! Sounds Fair to me, YEA RIGHT! (You must type in IMCA on the search tool and then look at the first "untitled document")

International Marine Contractors Association- Based in London, UK here is their purpose straight from the horses mouth. "The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) is the international trade association representing offshore diving, marine and underwater engineering companies. It was formed in April 1995 from the amalgamation of AODC (the International Association of Offshore Diving Contractors) and DPVOA (the Dynamic Positioning Vessel Owners Association). IMCA seeks to promote its members' common interests, resolve industry-wide issues and provide a single authoritative voice for its members."

Dive web-This is a site that has classified ads for work and equipment. IT is associated with the ADC.

Comdive- Commercial Diving in the Pacific Northwest is what this web site is mostly about. Commercial divers or anyone interested in the field of commercial diving may find this site useful to obtain information about the working diver in the Pacific Northwest.  

Rob's Commercial Dive Site- This site has another view of diving and a message board.  Some good photos and other interesting info.

Commercial Diving Instruction- Here is a site with an extensive list of Commercial Diving schools with the exception of Young Memorial in Morgan City, LA

OSHA-This is a government website that list the their regulations etc.

Commercial Divers Net-This site has a good discussion board and a resume section.  Clean a professional web design.

Backstabers.com - A site designed solely for commercial divers. He hopes to provide information and internet links that you will find both interesting and useful. There is a good list of diving companies.

Dive Connections- Dive connections has been formed to provide a professional introduction agency for the diving industry- serving both divers and contractors.  In the future this site will be updated with CV's.

Safe Dive- A private organization dedicated to improving safety for commercial divers

National Association of Commercial Divers-An interesting website that looks and diving accidents and other useful information.

Longstreath.com-There is a list of many of the diving companies in the US and world wide, along with other links. Mainly consist of information about the North sea and Asia.
